3. GPS Fence Performance

GPS Fence Australia does not guarantee that GPS location accuracy will be identical at all times or in every location. Signal availability and boundary accuracy may be affected by factors such as:

11. Warranty

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
